Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (no shipments will be fulfilled on the weekend and bank holidays). 

If our company is experiencing a high volume of orders, we will communicate these changes via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on listing price and displayed at checkout. Please contact us at hello@koalasaintbears.com if shipping total appears incorrect for your purchased item(s). 

Koalas ain't Bears takes no responsibility for orders damaged or delayed in transit, please see damages policy below. 

Please be advised due to Covid 19, deliveries may take longer than estimated. Koalas ain't Bears will update customers by email if delivery will take longer than advised.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses

Koalas ain't Bears does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once item(s) are shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Koalas ain't Bears are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Koalas ain't Bears are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please contact Koalas ain't Bears for international shipping. 

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@koalasaintbears.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
